Full renovation of 1920 classic American Four-Square home broken up into 2 phases. Phase 1 is reconfiguring the upstairs bathroom to include a changing room, toilet room and shower. The second phase includes changing the downstairs within the original footprint to create a larger kitchen in a main area, a primary suite, laundry room and office. An addition screened porch will be added to the back as well.
